-   ABOUT US  -

In 2015 three friends got together and decided to build our very own little bar in memory of the late, great, David Bruce aka “Chintz”. Inspired by almost everything but most notably the surreal, our task was to create a little haven where people could escape, let their hair down and experience something new and old at the same time. Not wanting to be just a bar, we built The Chintz Symposium in the hope that it brings people from all walks of life together to share ours and each others creativity, to meet new people and inspire each other to follow our dreams, to collaborate, fail, succeed, learn, teach, connect and all whilst thoroughly enjoying ourselves at the same time. Lovingly hand crafted out of the sterile remains of a dental surgery, the creation of The Chintz is an ongoing journey for us. It evolves with every new experience or person we meet so come and help us keep evolving. Whether you are a musician or artist or anything, make your self known to us let’s see what we can do!

So, without further ado, we present to you The Chintz Symposium. Come down and join us! Eat, drink and be ridiculously merry; but, most importantly, be prepared for the unexpected.
